In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. coin88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through any form of bonus abuse.

All bets placed on the coin88 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or event, as published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. coin88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error; (b) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; or (c) there is credible evidence that the event was subject to manipulation or corruption.
All casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomness in a monitored studio environment. coin88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures are long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

coin88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
coin88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. You access the platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Services.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, coin88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded User from accessing the platform.
